Sarah Schultz, RN, CFNP-BC is a Registered Nurse and board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in human biology at Stanford University in 1999, and her nursing degree at Johns Hopkins University in 2002. She completed her training in 2006, earning a Masters Degree at the University of Minnesota. Prior to coming to NACC, Sarah worked as an adult critical care nurse.

Sarah is interested in Women’s health, prenatal care and pediatrics.
 
Sarah is a Creek Seminole and Ho Chunk. She enjoys pow wows, gardening, camping and road trips to visit friends and family.
